It is being guaranteed that all employees receive occupational health and safety training and OHS Experts are obliged to provide these trainings pursuant to Articles 16 and 17 of the Act No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety

An administrative fine of 1,897 TL per employee is imposed for the employer who does not comply with the obligation to provide training to employees.

Occupational accidents and occupational diseases are mostly caused by lack of education. Employees’ training on occupational health and safety in accordance with the working conditions of their companies provides a safer working environment by reducing occupational accidents and diseases.

Organized Industrial Zones; Special trainings for all sectors are provided by occupational health and safety experts during the service.

At the end of the training, certificates of participation are delivered to the employees by the Master Service.

Trainings provided within the scope of Occupational Safety Specialist Services and Workplace Health Services in Organized Industrial Zone are carried out pursuant to the provisions of the Article 17 of the ‘Occupational Health and Safety Law’ numbered 6331 published in the Official Gazette dated 30.06.2012 and numbered 28339 and the ‘Regulation on the Procedures and Principles of Occupational Health and Safety Training of Employees’ published in the official gazette dated 07.04.2004.

THE AIM OF TRAINING

The aim of the training is to provide a healthy and safe environment in our projects, to reduce or prevent accidents and occupational diseases, to inform employees about their legal rights and responsibilities, to teach them about the occupational risks which they face and the necessary precautions to be taken against these risks, and to support the raising of awareness on Occupational Safety and Health issues.
